Refunds and Returns

We want you to love your Smart Towel. If something isn't right, write us. Here's exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

The short version

• Sealed and unopened Smart Towels can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened or used Smart Towels and pockets are final sale. Because this is an intimate hygiene product, we cannot accept opened items back for resale.
• Defective or damaged items get a free replacement, no questions asked.
• Wrong item shipped? We pay return shipping and send the correct item.

How to start a return

1. Email deyshinetowels@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Subject: “Return Request – [Order #].”
2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is defective.
3. We'll reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
4. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. Pack it securely.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit).

Return shipping

• Change of mind or wrong size: You cover return shipping.
• Our error (wrong item, defect, damage): We cover return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid label.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email deyshinetowels@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to return the original unless we ask.

Lost in transit

Once a carrier confirms delivery, we consider the order delivered. If you believe your package was lost, contact us within 14 days of the carrier's delivery date. We'll work with the carrier on a claim and replace or refund the order.

Exchanges

For now, we ship one Smart Towel SKU. If we add sizes or colors later, we'll update this policy. To exchange one sealed Smart Towel for another, follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.

Disposable pocket refills

Disposable pocket refill packs are final sale once opened, for the same hygiene reason as the towel. Sealed refill packs can be returned within 30 days.

Gifts

Gift recipients can return sealed items within 30 days for a store credit equal to the purchase price. Email us with the order number from the gift card or packing slip.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, follow the return process above.
